What does it mean to be hosted on an internal forum?
this sounds like it would make the information more secure. I don't want the information to where a 3rd party has access to our information. How can we do that?
Vbulletin says it can be run on any server with the requisite versions of PHP/MySQL installed. Source: www dot vbulletin dot com/forum/forum/vbulletin-sales-and-feedback/vbulletin-pre-sales-questions/358402-vbulletin-for-internal-company-use *it won't let me post links

Re: Board options
I think this forum is a good place to get us started, but I want something more private.
Can you set this forum so that only members can see the posts and also can you make it so you have to have permission to join the forum?
